Wolffkran has taken a big step in the crane industry by launching its first-ever trolley jib crane in the 900-mt class. The WOLFF 8095 Compact is designed to provide high lifting capacity while being compact and efficient. It will be officially presented at Bauma 2025, one of the largest construction machinery trade fairs in the world.
High Lifting Capacity with Two Variants
This crane is available in two models, each catering to different lifting needs:
This double trolley system allows for more flexibility, making it easier to adjust lifting power depending on the load. The best part? Operators don’t need to climb onto the jib to switch to trolley mode—this can be done with the push of a button.
One reason behind the crane’s high lifting strength is its innovative design. The first three jib parts use a four-chord design instead of the traditional three-chord system. This adjustment improves force distribution, making individual components lighter and stronger.
Additionally, the 110 kW hoist winch ensures that the crane can operate at speeds of up to 160 m/min, making lifting operations faster and more efficient. For construction sites with lower power availability, the hoist winch can be adjusted to reduce energy consumption by up to 50%. This feature is great for sites relying on smaller generators, helping reduce fuel costs and environmental impact.
Setting up a large crane can often be challenging, but Wolffkran has made assembly easier with this model. Thanks to the four-chord jib design and a compact tower top, the WOLFF 8095 Compact can be assembled using a standard 350-ton mobile crane. Also, the tie-ins for the jib can be adjusted directly from the tower top, reducing the need for additional lifting equipment.
Moreover, multiple cranes can be placed close together without interference, making it perfect for crowded construction sites. The hoist rope support also reduces rope sag from 7 meters to just 1.5 meters, preventing collisions with other cranes nearby.
Adjustable Jib & Tall Tower Heights
The jib length of the WOLFF 8095 Compact can be adjusted in 5-meter increments between 30 and 80 meters. This allows construction teams to customise the crane’s reach based on their specific project needs.
Furthermore, the crane is compatible with the 2.90 x 2.90-meter TV 29 tower element. When combined with the larger TV 33 tower, it can reach freestanding tower heights of up to 100 meters. This feature is particularly useful for high-rise construction and bridge projects, where tie-ins may not be possible.
Better Access & Maintenance
Safety and comfort have been major priorities in the WOLFF 8095 Compact’s design. The crane comes with:
This new model is packed with modern safety technologies, including:
Even before its official launch, the WOLFF 8095 Compact has already gained significant interest worldwide. Construction companies are eager to get their hands on this powerful, efficient, and adaptable crane.
Visitors at Bauma 2025 will get an exclusive chance to see the crane up close. Wolffkran will display the WOLFF 8095 Compact at its outdoor booth (South, Booth 902/7). Its 30-meter jib will extend over the booth’s rooftop terrace, giving visitors a firsthand look at the advanced trolley system.
With the WOLFF 8095 Compact, Wolffkran has introduced a crane that is not only stronger and more efficient but also compact and easy to use. Its high lifting power, flexible trolley system, and innovative design make it a standout choice for large-scale construction projects.
As the construction industry continues to evolve, this new crane is set to redefine the standards for heavy lifting equipment. Don't miss its grand debut at Bauma 2025!
