The Indo Farm Equipment Limited, one of India’s well-known names in heavy equipment and farming machinery, has taken a big step forward. The company has signed a technology transfer agreement with Sichuan Hongsheng Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of construction equipment in China. This partnership has been made possible with the support of Beida Commercial Trade Company.
Under this agreement, Indo Farm will get full access to design papers and technical drawings for Stationary Type Tower Cranes. With this, the company will now start making advanced tower cranes in India itself. In addition, this move supports the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ mission, encouraging the growth of local industries and making India self-reliant in important sectors.
Speaking about the partnership, Shubham Khadwalia, Head of Construction Equipment at Indo Farm, said, “This is a game-changing moment for us. Getting this global-level tower crane technology will make our product range stronger. It will also help Indian construction companies get world-class machines with local support and better prices.”
