Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has launched its latest high reach excavators to improve strength, productivity, and operator comfort in demolition work. These new machines come with advanced features and innovations for better performance.
The new models, EC400 High Reach and EC500 High Reach, replace the older EC380EHR and EC480EHR excavators. These machines come with a fresh design and the latest technology from Volvo.
Volvo CE aims to provide the best demolition machinery. According to Martijn Donkersloot, Product Manager for Demolition Equipment, these models were developed after talking to customers and operators worldwide. Since Volvo designs and builds these machines from start to finish, every small detail has been improved for better performance.
The new high-reach excavators offer 15% better fuel efficiency due to improved engine pump optimization. They also have easier ground-level access, longer service intervals, and more precise controls. These excavators offer a quieter work environment, making operations more comfortable.
With Smart View and optional Obstacle Detection, on-site safety has also improved, protecting both operators and workers. Volvo CE continues to set new standards in high-ach demolition excavators, ensuring efficiency, durability, and safety for demolition projects worldwide.
