Volvo CE Joins Hands with Time Equipment in North India

A Big Step Towards Better Customer Service

Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has taken a major step to strengthen its presence in North India. The company has partnered with Time Equipment Pvt Ltd as its authorised dealer. This new partnership will cover Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh (including NCL Singrauli), and Uttarakhand.

The aim is to bring Volvo CE’s products and services closer to customers in these states. With this move, the company hopes to improve its customer support and reach more people across the region.

Faridabad Office Inauguration Marks the Beginning

To start this new journey, Volvo CE and Time Equipment opened a new dealership head office in Faridabad. The event was attended by Dimitrov Krishnan, Managing Director of Volvo CE India, and Surat Mehta, Head of Product & Retail Management.

From Time Equipment, Directors Sachin Chilana, Satish Parnami, R K Chilana, and Vishal Parnami joined the event along with their team. This opening marks a strong step forward in offering better customer experiences and faster services.

How This Partnership Will Help Customers

Through this partnership, Volvo CE wants to give customers quick access to machines, parts, and services. Time Equipment will open new sales offices, parts centers, and service outlets across the four states.

In addition, over 110 professionals will support the work. This includes 20 salespeople and 60 service engineers who will make sure the machines run smoothly and services reach customers without delays.

Moreover, customers can now get easier access to both Volvo and SDLG machines, along with full aftermarket support. This move will especially help infrastructure and mining companies who rely on quick and dependable support.

While talking about this new step, Dimitrov Krishnan, MD of Volvo CE India, said:

“As India’s infrastructure keeps growing, the need for high-quality machines is also rising. Our goal is to support this growth with solutions that are right for India. Time Equipment is a great fit for us because they understand the market well and can handle large operations.”

Time Equipment, founded in 2006 and based in Faridabad, is already recognised for its reliable services. The company has a strong network with 9 offices located in key cities like Lucknow, Noida, Dehradun, Haldwani, Agra, Karnal, and Anpara (Singrauli).

At the same time, they have dedicated workshops in Faridabad and Anpara, which will help with fast servicing. Their Experience & Uptime Center in Faridabad will act as a training and technical support hub.
