SANY Launches SY215C-9LC, SY210C-9 and SY900H Excavators at Bauma CONEXPO India 2026

Company Expands Quarry and Mining Excavator Portfolio

SANY India has launched three excavators, the SY215C-9LC Quarry, SY210C-9 Quarry and SY900H, at Bauma CONEXPO India 2026. The machines target quarrying, mining, hard-rock excavation, stripping, loading and material handling applications. 

The launches are part of SANY India’s showcase at the exhibition, which is being held from September 15 to 18 at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.

SY215C-9LC Quarry Targets Quarry Operations

The SY215C-9LC Quarry has an operating weight of 21,500 kg and an engine power of 140 HP at 2,000 rpm. It gets a 5,700 mm boom, 2,400 mm arm and 1.0 m³, 1.1 m³ and 1.5 m³ bucket options.

The excavator features a reinforced structure, powerful hydraulics and quarry-specific attachments. SANY positions it for stone quarries, limestone extraction, aggregate plants and hard-rock excavation.

Its performance features include a fuel-efficient engine, an energy-optimised DOMCS system and high digging forces. It also gets a hydraulic flow priority system and four optimised working modes. An engine auto-idle function and 10% larger GP and HD buckets are also included.

SY210C-9 Quarry Joins The Launch

The SY210C-9 Quarry has an operating weight of 21,050 kg and engine power of 140 HP at 2,000 rpm. It uses a 5,700 mm boom, 2,400 mm arm and 1.0 m³, 1.1 m³ and 1.5 m³ bucket options.

The machine is positioned for stone quarries, limestone extraction, aggregate plants and other demanding excavation operations. Its features include high digging forces, hydraulic flow priority and engine auto-idle functions.

A hydraulic flow regeneration system is also provided. The machine gets 10% larger GP and HD buckets for its quarry applications.

SANY EVI Adds Remote Machine Monitoring

Both quarry excavators feature SANY EVI, an advanced remote monitoring system. It enables machine location tracking and real-time status monitoring.

The system also provides critical health alerts and supports fleet management. Operators can track breaker, travel and swing utilisation.

Past machine movement history can also be tracked. The system supports navigation to the nearest SANY Support Network.

SY900H Enters the Heavy Mining Segment

The SY900H is a 90-tonne-class mining excavator designed for heavy-duty working conditions. It has an operating weight of 90,000 kg and uses an Isuzu 6WG1 engine.

The engine produces 562 kW at 1,800 rpm. The machine has a bucket capacity of 5.5 m³ to 6.0 m³, with a 6.6 rpm swing speed.

Its bucket digging force is 480 kN, while the arm crowding force is 430 kN.

SY900H Targets Stripping and Loading

SANY has designed the SY900H for stripping and loading operations across mines. Its stated applications include coal, iron ore and limestone mining.

The machine also supports rock-breaking applications using a ripper. Its power system, structural parts, heat dissipation system and cab sealing have received comprehensive upgrades.

Large Bucket Supports Mining Operations

The SY900H comes with a standard 6 m³ large bucket. The bucket is intended for harsh and demanding mining environments.

SANY states that the configuration addresses mining efficiency requirements in complex working conditions. It also supports enhanced product value and customer profitability.
