Jost, a German manufacturer of commercial and agricultural vehicle components, has successfully completed its acquisition of Hyva, a Dutch company specializing in loader cranes, hydraulics, and material handling. The deal was finalized following the initial agreement signed in October 2024. This acquisition marks a strategic move for Jost to enhance its product offerings and expand its market reach.
Expansion in Transport and Agriculture - With this acquisition, Hyva’s diverse product range will be integrated into Jost’s portfolio, benefiting both on-highway transport and off-highway industries like construction and agriculture.
Jost CEO Joachim Dürr emphasized that the acquisition reinforces Jost’s business structure and market presence. It also enables the company to serve a larger customer base and increase its footprint across multiple industries.
