Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently visited the under-construction Ganga Expressway. He checked the progress closely and told officials to complete the work on time without compromising on quality.
During his visit, Yogi Adityanath inspected different sections of the expressway, including Hardoi, Shahjahanpur, and Hapur. He interacted with workers and engineers on site and carefully reviewed the construction work. In addition, he made it clear that both speed and quality must go hand in hand.
One of the main highlights of this expressway is the use of new German technology. Perhaps for the first time in Uttar Pradesh, this technology is being used to build better roads. Yogi Adityanath stated that “this step will enhance the strength and comfort of the expressway, making travel much smoother for everyone.”
In Shahjahanpur, the Chief Minister also did an aerial survey to check the progress of the airstrip construction. This airstrip will be an important feature of the expressway. Moreover, once completed, the Ganga Expressway will connect western and eastern Uttar Pradesh, helping to grow trade, tourism, and the economy. This project also supports the Government of India's PM Gati Shakti plan, aiming to boost the country's infrastructure.
