AUSA, a leader in the design and manufacturing of wheeled dumpers, has introduced a new range of next-generation compact dumpers. The five models in the range come with payload capacities ranging from 1,000 kg to 1,500 kg, designed to build on the success of the company’s previous models while offering improved performance, functionality, and safety.
Enhanced Design for Functionality
The new dumpers feature angular lines that provide built-in practicality, making them more functional and easy to operate in tight spaces.
Improved Maintenance Accessibility
A key innovation is the folding compartment in the operator’s area, which provides easy access to the engine and other critical maintenance parts. This optimizes uptime by allowing quick access to essential components like air filters, fuel filters, radiators, and tanks.
Dashboard Display with Real-Time Information
All new models are equipped with a dashboard display that provides real-time machine information, including fuel levels, hours of use, and the status of various mechanisms. This allows operators to monitor the machine’s condition efficiently.
Standard Safety Features
Each dumper model comes with a negative brake system that brings the machine to a complete stop when not in use. This feature ensures safety without needing to apply the manual brake. Additionally, the electric parking brake, operated by a dashboard button, adds convenience.
Driver Comfort and Safety
The driver’s cab is designed for high comfort, featuring a suspension seat that minimizes fatigue during long working hours. The cab also includes a presence sensor and a seat belt with a buckle sensor, further enhancing safety.
Powerful Engine and Enhanced Fuel Capacity
All five models are powered by a 15.6-kW Kubota engine, with permanent four-wheel drive for superior traction. The fuel tank capacity is 60% larger than previous models, extending operating time before refueling.
D101AHA Compact (1,000 kg Payload) - The D101AHA is the most compact model in the range, measuring just 1 meter in width, making it ideal for indoor demolition work. This model is well-suited for confined spaces, allowing easy maneuverability through doors and narrow openings.
D101AHA and D101AHG Models (1,000 kg Payload) - These models feature a 108-cm width and come with two tipping configurations: front and high-tipping for the AHA version and swivel tip for the AHG version. The swivel tip is particularly useful for unloading materials into side ditches, making it ideal for smaller demolition tasks.
D151AHA and D151AHG Models (1,500 kg Payload) - The D151AHA and D151AHG models provide a larger payload capacity and come with similar configurations as the D101AHA and D101AHG models. These are perfect for earthmoving and small demolition jobs, especially in tight areas where maneuverability is critical.
AUSA’s Spokesperson commented, “Our new range of compact dumpers is designed to meet the evolving needs of the construction and demolition industries. With these new features, we are enhancing the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our machines, ensuring that operators can work more effectively while minimizing downtime.”
AUSA’s introduction of next-generation compact dumpers marks a significant step forward in the company's efforts to provide cutting-edge solutions for the construction and demolition sectors. With enhanced features focused on safety, efficiency, and comfort, these dumpers are designed to meet a wide range of operational needs, making them a valuable addition to any fleet.
