Action Construction Equipment (ACE) is showcasing four products at bauma CONEXPO India 2026 in Greater Noida. The display includes the F 150 Ultra pick-and-carry crane, FT 6040 Tower Crane, AX 124 CEV V Backhoe Loader and ASL 08/12/14 Scissor Lift series.
The exhibition is being held from September 15 to 18 at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.
The F 150 Ultra is part of ACE’s Ultra Series of NextGen Pick-and-Carry Cranes. ACE is highlighting its in-house safety systems that can assess operating conditions and intervene when safety limits are breached.
The crane has three safety systems:
The FT 6040 is a 60-metre jib flat-top tower crane featuring automation upgrades and advanced sensor integration.
ACE has used a modular design with lightweight, high-strength materials. Real-time digital monitoring supports stability, anti-collision protection and load management at congested and high-wind sites.
ACE is also showcasing its first Passenger & Material Hoist. It uses a 32 kW motor system for hoisting speed and torque. The hoist gets a galvanised 650×650 mm mast designed for rigidity and safety.
The AX 124 CEV V Backhoe Loader uses a TATA 74 HP CEV V-compliant engine. ACE states that it delivers 15% higher fuel efficiency than its predecessor models.
The engine produces 345 Nm of torque while supporting lower fuel consumption and emissions. The machine also features a Carraro axle transmission system for smooth power delivery across varied terrain.
Its hydraulic system uses two pumps that deliver 118 LPM flow at 210 bar pressure. This setup allows digging and loading functions to operate simultaneously.
The backhoe arm produces 4,000 kg of dipper tearout force. This improves excavation capability and reduces cycle times during trenching and digging.
ACE is showcasing the ASL 08/12/14 Scissor Lift series as a Made-in-India range developed for Indian jobsite conditions. The scissor lifts use AC brushless drive technology. ACE says the system provides higher efficiency, zero-maintenance operation, longer battery life and smooth control.
The machines feature strong SWL capacity, high-strength decks and double-grip tyres. The series is positioned for construction, warehousing, industrial and facility management applications.
The ASL series uses zero-emission electric operation with ultra-low noise output. Buyers can choose between fast-charging AGM and Li-ion battery options.
ACE was established in 1995 and is headquartered in Palwal, Haryana. The company manufactures cranes and a wider range of construction and material handling equipment. Its portfolio includes mobile and tower cranes, crawler cranes, truck-mounted cranes, backhoe loaders, forklifts and scissor lifts.
The four-product showcase at bauma CONEXPO India 2026 brings ACE’s crane, backhoe loader and scissor lift ranges together at the industry exhibition.
